Refund & Cancellation Policy

At ToSign, we strive to provide a transparent and fair refund and cancellation process for our customers. This policy outlines your rights and options if you choose to cancel a subscription or request a refund.

1. Subscription Plans

ToSign offers subscription-based services with monthly or annual billing. All prices are displayed in Australian Dollars (AUD) and include GST unless otherwise stated.

2. Cancellation Policy

  • You may cancel your subscription at any time via your account settings or by contacting support.
  • Upon cancellation, your subscription will remain active until the end of the current billing period.
  • No partial refunds will be issued for unused time after cancellation.

3. Refund Policy

Refunds may be issued under the following circumstances:

  • A technical issue or service error on our side prevented the use of a paid feature.
  • Duplicate charges or billing errors confirmed by our support team.
  • A refund request is submitted within 7 days of the initial subscription purchase (first-time users only).

All refund requests are reviewed on a case-by-case basis. To request a refund, please email contact@tosign.com.au with your account email and reason for the request.

4. No Refunds for Pay-Per-Use Transactions

Single-use transactions (e.g., one-time digital signature events) are non-refundable unless a verified technical failure occurred and the transaction could not be completed.

5. Australian Consumer Law

Our services come with guarantees under the Australian Consumer Law. You are entitled to a replacement, refund, or compensation for a major failure. Nothing in this policy limits your statutory rights.
